We hit our sixties, and we seemed to always be dealing with some little ache and pain, plus my husband has heart and cognitive issues in his family, so I started digging. I wanted to find non-prescription ways to maintain our health and our active lifestyle while fending off the nasty potential illnesses like heart disease and other cardiovascular disorders, decline in brain function, and soft tissue issues like tight muscles, back pain, and lack of mobility/flexibility. Here's a compilation of my research. Since following this regiment, I have more energy, less pain and am sleeping so much better. It looks overwhelming at first, but filter for your health goals, and whittle it down as needed to meet your personal needs. How it really meets its purpose will remain to be seen as we age, but it certainly can't hurt! This can't replace a healthy nutritional plan, so couple it with eating clean.
